Question for the lawyers on the thread....we talk quite a bit about treble damages but Q has indicated that this is a US only legal construct. If Nokia was found guilty of willful infringement, would the US courts estimate damages on worldwide Nokia shipments or over just US shipments?

If their jurisdiction is only over the US, treble damages wont be a big deal....if it is worldwide, then it is a substantially larger threat.
