The protocol does not prevent infection. That would be a vaccine, which does not exist.

HCQ cures people who receive early treatment.

Brazil is still below the US numbers of deaths per capita, and only 1/4 of NY deaths per capita. And they are certainly not anywhere as medically advanced as we were supposed to be.

Read the article. Argue with Harvey Risch MD PhD, Professor of Epidemiology, Yale. With 300 peer reviewed papers on his CV.
