Jordan, while I appreciate creative expression in arithmetic as much as the next investor, since Windows 95 was the latest shipping OS in 1998, I think it's closer to 3 years obsolete than to "over 6 years old." So as you've illustrated, Microsoft's monopoly Office software has taken the luxury of creating incompatibilities with three-year-old versions of its monopoly OS. Thanks for that help, I didn't want to look that up myself.

Of course, I have to assume that you just forgot to list Windows 2000, which was still shipping this year.
