I think the 21 was based on prices from a couple of weeks ago and
now we're looking at a more expensive stock.

The argument with Leo is apples and oranges--we're looking at WMT
as a good long-term investment and it certainly is that but Leo is
judging this valuation for the present and short-term and it is pretty
expensive.

However, I still say that shorting a stock like WMT in this kind of
a market is very speculative.

Holding Wal-Mart for the long term, though, is not a bad idea.
