Rumor has it that EWD is looking for a new investor relations person. I think that only makes sense since the insiders have all loaded up on the cheap stock, the management is loaded with options, and the treasury is full of cash. The people are in place. If the stock keeps sliding it will be a welcome entry point for those of us that are looking for a discount. If she rides up, it will be good for those of us that still have a large position. A real win win all the way around. I will be truly satisfied either way and that brings a certain peace and satisfaction that I rarely afford myself in my public market investing. ( I kind of subscribe to George Soros view that satisfaction is the enemy of success and the driver of successful investing is digging up the flaw in ones own market positions.) I still intend to do more research on this deal and I will dig for the good, the bad, and the ugly and try to find the flaw in my thinking. Right now I am a satisfied shareholder regardless of the short term outcome.
