(Nasdaq: GENI) (PCX: GNS; Frankfurt: GIA), a developer of Internet technologies and Internet companies, today announced that it has entered into an agreement under which Encompass Services Corp. (NYSE: ESR) will become the provider of the necessary electrical and integrated services, as well as construction, to facilitate the rollout of the Centerlinq network in shopping malls across the United States.

Electrical and integrated services, which include infrastructure assessment and development, pre-wiring of locations and the provision of power and data link hookups for the Centerlinq kiosks, occur prior to the placement of the kiosks in the properties. Encompass Services, due to its ability to service multiple locations throughout the country simultaneously, will facilitate GENI's rollout plan of Centerlinq, enabling the network to reach more consumers faster, as well as enhance GENI's ability to deliver a host of new applications, such as video teleconferencing, smart card acceptance, ticketing, gift certificates and picture e-mails via the CENTERLINQ 4.0 network.
