The only difference in the manipulation between the pennies and the big caps is that those doing the manipulation on listed stocks are dressed better, drive flashier cars, and have greater perceived credibility, expertise, and trust placed on them.

Shareholder lawsuits are endemic to the industry, not the quality of the stock exchanged they are listed on(with the obvious exception of the Vancouver and Alberta exchanges).
