I thought I'd see a Form 4 too. Anyone know the "timeliness" requirement associated with the filing ? Somehow I got the idea that the filing could lag the purchase (or sale). Does EXSO (as a BB stock) have to report EVERYTHING to the SEC ? So who wants to call Chip Monday afternoon to find out what the earnings deal is ? Chris BTW, when oil fell to $12/barrel, I bought a few to spill in some of our nation's cherished wetlands. Anything to get EXSO more business ! <grin>
