Not sure Mark even owns INTI; all he was asking
was why would an MM bother to short a .20 stock..

IMO,this why:
There are MM's who trade almost nothing but OTC-bb stocks
and wouldn't have the slightest idea how to trade active Nasdaq
stocks much less when to short them.

But OTC-bb stocks are more easily "read" and manipulated.
INTI could have been shorted from 1.00 or higher. For a long time
all it did was drift down when it had stopped filing. Short MM's
may have thought it would go into the ground and they'd never
have to cover.

Now they have to re-think things :-)
