Buying CCSI is a mistake. It is going lower.

I'm going to give you the same advice I give a lot of other amateur investors (unfortunately, the vast majority let their egos get in the way of their better judgement and they end up learning the hard way) Don't gamble in the stock market. Put your money in a well-managed mutual fund or high-quality large caps. CCSI is simply a fraud. it is expensive at $.40 a share. It is horribly expensive at $4.00 a share.
