Sir, the only answer that I have to your questions is.

Those are good questions.

But, at this point in time they would be hard to answer.

In my opinion, pertinent information about AMDI and take-over, merger, etc., is printed in their SEC filings. Everything else is pure speculation. That's my opinion.
