I would love to know how many shares E*Tard has to allocate. I'll bet not many. IPO Center is a scheme to get more business. At least WIT Capital sends you an email when they are taking IOI's. The E*Tard IPO system stinks. I saw the Valueline message at 5:15. Kept getting all sorts of errors. SO I tried by phone. I got a trainee on the line. She told me that she could do IOIs, so she had to put me back in the queue!!!!!!
