Gary - Sorry, I don't have any more information other than what is posted at nlv-sys.com . Here they say that the restructuring is expected to be completed this summer. I have various business ties to the NextLevel Systems division, so I'm biased as to my favorite division. I think the NLS group has a great future in digital TV, cable modems, DBS receivers and xDSL. I really don't know much about the CommScope and General Semiconductor divisions. Rob
