Nathan, you may not be far from the truth regarding NETK being an acquisition target. CSCO has a ISDN solution, notwithstanding that NETK is still very interesting due to its large installed base in Japan. This is a very good testomonial of NETK's product and service offerings. NTT is one of its largest customer and believe you me they are very particular in their selection. They have a very good working relationship with NETK and were one of NETK's early customers. I am sure we will hear more about NETK's Japan activity soon in terms of business! In addition their recent Novell OEM deal (NEFusion product), new product offerings, strengthened European team, and finally the Fivemere product offering (NETK bought Fivemere in Nov 95). If not CSCO then someone like USRX or better yet Cabletron might pursue NETK. I believe that NETK will start to make inroads and will attract suitors. The stock will continue to sprint upwards and forwards. The mess of last year is now behind and the company will be in the spotlight. For all of the above diatribe I believe that NETK is a good candidate. Please do not forget that Mark Bergmen, NETK analyst from Boston Group has a sound understanding and continues to be very bullish. He also has speculated that NETK could be taken over. Anyone out there would like to offer their 2 bits on this one. Thanks
