Yep, I was a little confused by the link to your PUBLIC reply message formatter. I just had to see if it would submit in your name or mine. It still had your name at the bottom. That's sure interesting about Goog's filing. I would think that any company that found out that they come under the regulation would be scrambling to file for exemption. But, I've never seen a news item about Apple doing it. Perhaps it was long ago and far away. Well, just long ago.
