Lars, I first purchased Textron 2 1/2 years ago. I found them becuase my friend flies airplanes, Textron made his plane, I checked out the company and the future looked bright. I purchased them becuase the stock was very undervalued, with great management who had a proven trackrecord of earnings suprises. I also assumed that they might break the company up, and the split up value would have been well above what I purchased it at. They also were very aggressive buyers of their own stock.
