The same analyst that upgraded RESP downgraded HDTC today. Is she smart or what, or has she just woken up after her Minneapolis winter hybernation? Anyone smarter may want to give me a better explanation than this (below). ----------- MINNEAPOLIS, Jan 15 (Reuters) - Dain Rauscher analyst Parice Halbert said she downgraded Healthdyne Technologies Inc to buy from strong buy. -- Shares in the healthcare company were off 1/2 at 19. -- Halbert said the company's near-term potential was diminished, while its fundamentals remained intact.
