Dennis:
Pass the percodan and qualudes around, please...This is what happens when you work yourself into a frenzy with unrealistic expectations. Seems like there are people here trying to score for early retirement in one day- without doing one iota of due diligence of their own! Talk about absurd...one freakin' day people, relax! Is this how you make all of your plays?
Nice to have someone else to beat up IF something doesn't work out, heh? But how much will you be sending to those who brought you in WHEN it hits big? (Be careful what you post, you may regret those rather impulsive comments that are neatly archived.) Contrary opinions are welcomed and needed, though they may well fall on some deaf ears and minds, but they should be founded in fact and a position formed with some semblance of argument and rationale. Negative comments can be positive for the group if presented for the benefit of the group.
I think it says volumes for the guru to post here, think about it. That took a massive amount of character. Hit or miss, he's got my respect, something I don't bestow very easily. I think over time we eventually come to know who to repect and trust in the threads. Being somewhat of a newcomer here, my intent is most definitely not to be an unwanted voice of dissension or derision and personally chastise anyone in a public forum- perhaps my most worthy contribution is to try to maintain a sense of equilibrium and positive synergy from the group that maximizes the positive end results-fun and profit.
Remember, this is all about THE PLAY. If you want to invest, get a Swiss annuity. How one holds up with their comrades in the heat of confrontation tells of their character. This game has just started, win or lose, my thanks to Dennis and the guru for THE PLAY.
Lastly, if I may be allowed to post commentary on a particular stock that was mentioned, please, do not purchase Essex Resources. I'm holding a small, worthless position, hoping to dump it sometime before the next millenium. Honestly, I can list hundreds, thousands(?), of stocks to own instead, it's a case of damaged goods, why buy it when there's so many other plays to be made without the excessive baggage it will always carry with it.
Good luck to all, let the games begin.
