Well, they ran the report, such as it was...but it was neither scientific nor was it really journalism. This "lite and lively" teaser at the end of the newscast,featured a clown-like jolly reporter with a Brown & Crisp bag in his hand chasing a live chicken around - the reporter fell down and the chicken got away. The scene then moved into the kitchen of "everybody's mom", where they stuffed a small chicken into a Brown & Crisp bag and then nuked it, and compared it to a KFC chicken. The Brown & Crisp chicken was darker than it would have been if they had just microwaved the chicken without the bag, but not as dark as the KFC product. They gave it thumbs down.... The last scene was of the two of them eating a KFC meal on a picnic table, with the live chicken standing on the table between them, right above the KFC meal. But the chicken may get its revenge in the end. We raise chickens, and I can assure you that I would never eat anything that had been near a live chicken.... Bob Davis
