VENTURE CAPITALIST, LAPD, & PGST

PGST approached this venture capitalist co. for $10 mln last year...and was denied. When patent went through, venture capitalist co. approached PGST and asked if they still needed the funds...of course, PGST had more than enough $$$ by that time.

Two LAPD officers created this car alarm company. They designed an alarm system which incorporated disabling a vehicle via wireless comm...sound familiar? They were too little too late...PGST had a patent!
