The TAMAC Association Endorses the Casting Workbook

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (April 19) ENTERTAINMENT WIRE -April 19, 1999--(OTC Bulletin
Board:ONPS) OnLine Production Services (OTC Bulletin Board:ONPS) is pleased to announce that on April 1,
1999 the TAMAC Association (Talent Agents & Managers Association of Canada) officially recommended that
member agency performers "move forward with complete participation" in THE CASTING WORKBOOK.

In a letter that was circulated to it's member entitled "CASTING IN CANADA MOVES INTO THE NEW
MILLENNIUM" TAMAC revealed that they were "very pleased with the support OnLine has given it's members, and
optimistic that this new endeavor will be a success".

This recommendation was made following a recent evaluation period during which Toronto and Montreal member
agencies put their talent's photos, resumes and statistical information "OnLine" to assess the effectiveness of the
casting services.

Many Casting Directors have chosen to submit their film, television and commercial breakdowns via THE
CASTING WORKBOOK since its release in 1995. This virtually paperless system has made casting more
efficient, faster and less expensive by allowing nation-wide instantaneous transmission of breakdowns, agency
submissions and complete talent information.

Susan Fox, V.P. Marketing for OnLine adds, "We built The Casting Workbook incorporating suggestions and
feedback from Casting Directors, Talent Agents, Performers, and Programmers. Together, we have created a
national casting services and talent information management system that Canada should be proud of, and will be
the envy of the global casting community."

expressed or implied by such forward-looking statements. Potential risks and uncertainties include, but are not
