Magellan Aerospace (MAL--TSE) 03:24 EDT Thursday, September 07, 2000 $6.25, up 60 cents CIBC World Markets analyst Adam Shine raised his investment rating on the Mississauga, Ont.-based company to "strong buy" from "buy." His 12-month stock-price target is $8.50.
