Tokyo Nikkei up over two pct on hopes for tax cuts

TOKYO, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Tokyo's benchmark Nikkei average was up more than two percent in late afternoon trade on Wednesday, boosted by hopes the government will include tax cuts in its economic stimulus package due out next week, traders said.
