Willy I've read that article, actually the first time I saw it posted, was on this thread.
Yes we are all liable for what we post, and that is why pretty much all we can do, is post what we are actually doing, or what we see at the time....plus news releases, comments on level 2, charts, etc.
You will not see investment advice, you'll never see me saying buy this, or sell that...all I can do in that regard, is post what I am actually doing, or have done.
You'll see us get excited at times when something is running, but what are we posting then? What is actually happening, current b/a's etc. in real time.
You won't see recommendations, you won't see price targets, other than maybe where I intend to sell part of something should it get there......and of course I plan on selling everything I buy, at somewhat higher than I bought it...doesn't always work, which is why I'm not off on some warm salt water flat, fly rod in hand, right now.
I have never shorted, nor at this time do I have plans to ever short.
As for our web site. It does not pick stocks, it does not recommend stocks, it just has info, and links, and we do not necessarily have positions in all stocks mentioned at the site.
In fact, while we do have final say as to stocks that go on, or come off the LIST (someone has to), the majority of those are brought to our attention by other people here, and LIST stocks must meet the criteria as set out on this thread header, and at the web site, to even be considered for the LIST. |
