Anybody notice that about the only stocks moving up today were speculative small-cap story stocks? Practically every such stock I follow was up today (many of them made big moves) while the rest of the market was down. I'd guess some big money is moving out of the techs and S&P, moving more into cash, and spreading out a few speculative seeds among the dozens of small-cap story stocks.
