Nightwing Entertainment Group Inc. Acquires 80 Percent Interest in I-ZONE
State-of-the-Art Entertainment/ Business Communications Centers

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 12, 1999--

I-ZONE Plans to Take Outside-the-Home Entertainment to New Levels In
High-Tech, Multimedia Environment

Nightwing Entertainment Group Inc. (OTC BB:NIGI), has acquired an 80 percent
interest in I-ZONE, a company engaged in the design, construction and franchising of
location-based high-tech entertainment and business communications centers.

At the same time, Nightwing Entertainment has received commitments for funds
required for the construction of the first two I-ZONE prototype sites in New Jersey
and California.

Offering a comprehensive choice of entertainment for all ages, as well as
teleconferencing and communications services for businesses, the I-ZONE concept
launches a new dimension in location-based entertainment.

Each I-ZONE complex anticipates housing 20 separate suites featuring 100 inch high
definition television screens, THX surround sound and state-of-the-art video game
equipment in a luxurious, private and secure environment.

Plans call for I-ZONE guests to utilize in-suite computers to order their food and
beverages -- as well as select from thousands of movies, video games, sports,
pay-per-view events, convergence technologies, education/information programming,
Internet access and karaoke.

Each I-ZONE also intends to offer on-site video and audio recording facilities,
enabling guests to produce and record their own video or audio projects for either
recreational or business applications, using a wide range of backgrounds and special
effects.

For its business guests, I-ZONE plans to provide global teleconferencing, high-speed
Internet access and on-site "in-studio" productions for satellite or Internet distribution.

The design plans for each I-ZONE complex include a Control Room for the playback
of movies and video games to each of the suites, with guests having the ability to
choose from various suite sizes, depending upon the number in their party.

Larger I-ZONE suites are projected to accommodate up to 30 people. Current plans
call for guests to pay an hourly suite rate, in addition to any pay-per-view,
communications and food/beverage charges.

I-ZONE also plans to establish licensing and promotional agreements with major
entertainment studios and independents for the playback of movie and television
programming, as well as to provide preview showcases for upcoming motion picture
releases and television premieres.

The designer behind I-ZONE is its president, multi-award-winning space designer Eric
A. Brown. During Brown's more than 20 years' experience in the location-based
entertainment industry, he has earned an industrywide reputation for his cutting edge
creations in more than 300 establishments, including the famed Copacabana, Regines
and New York, New York.

As visitors enter the I-ZONE complex, design plans envision them immediately
surrounded by a futuristic multimedia presentation montage of visuals, lighting and
decor that resembles the deck of a 21st century space vessel. Plans are also underway
to have "The Outer Zone" entrance area feature a high-tech, interactive merchandising
center, where visitors can purchase I-ZONE-licensed souvenirs.

"From my more than 20 years of experience, I am convinced that today's young adults
want their outside-the-home entertainment to combine a virtually limitless choice of
options in a private setting. I-ZONE is designed for kids, young adults and adults as an
ideal entertainment destination, combining an almost endless menu of movies and
games with the most current technology in a fun and stimulating futuristic environment,"
said Brown.

I-ZONE is an 80 percent subsidiary of Nightwing Entertainment Group, a leisure and
entertainment company whose interests also include film, television and merchandise
marketing.
