Louis, this is more suited for the PLSIA thread, but there is an article in TheStreet.Com that quotes a competitor saying PLSIA has not shipped certain lasers! Additionally the article says Premier is apparently shipping some types of lasers without a key component - i.e. not working. From an accounting perspective, this would qualify as not shipping this laser.
