Yes laguy stands for Los Angeles. This it how it works , you open an account just like with any other brokerage firm. We are indeed SIPC insured for up to 500 000 $ and carry an additional insurance for a few million. The way it works is simple, you come in and you trade using our tools, every trader has his own terminal, with room for additional hookups for laptops or so. We give you a 19 inch monitor, a leather chair, a cup of coffee and the necessary help and you can start trading We initially have room for 13 people but will eventually be able to host 25 traders. Today was our first day officially in business with this branch office,( the firm GO Trading has been operating in Southern Ca for over a year now,) , our advertising starts on Wednesday on CNBC, so for now we still have seats open.
