Don,

Are you planning on installing yourself? If so, go mail order. It is much cheaper that way. I strongly recommend the 5000 unit as it has local link, so you can use the Dish menu for the digital and analog (local) signals.

Cheapest price for this unit I've seen is $299 at glav.com.
