SB-2 filing with SEC dated July 24, 1998. SB-2 is an optional filing for small business issuers for the registration of securities to be sold to the public. I am glad to see that KANA actually reports to SEC. Read it thoroughly and judge for yourself how it sounds. sec.gov The total outstanding shares were 8 million as of March 31st according to this filing. They have registered to sell 11 million shares over the next two years ($0.31 was the price in the filing, but that can vary according to the market). How many shares are in the market right now is something we don't know. Alpha tech is their tranfer agent (I don't have the number) if someone wants to dig out the actual number of shares in the market. Try to dig out more. We will see where KANA stands. - JC
