Is ICA switching plays??? ************************************************************ International Canalaska Resources Ltd ICA Shares issued 15918260 1997-11-06 close $0.33 Friday Nov 7 1997 The VSE has accepted for filing a property purchase agreement dated October 14 1997, between International CanAlaska Resources Ltd (the company) and Jack Suhonen (the vendor), whereby the company may acquire from the vendor an exclusive right to purchase 100% interest of the Timmins Twp property, consisting of 36 claim units, in Timmins Township, Ontario. The total consideration is cash payments totalling $80,000 over three years, the issuance of 100,000 shares and incur exploration expenditures of $35,000 on the property within one year from regulatory approval. The vendor will retain a 2% nsr. The company may purchase 1% of the nsr for $1,000,000. The purchase of the nsr will be subject to further exchange acceptance.
