The weather: as of this evening, cloudy and cold. Feels like snow, and if we get some I wouldn't be surprised: Sunday (and the whole weekend, really) is the Sant'Ambrogio holiday here, and it nearly always snows (or at least sleets) for Sant'Ambroeus.

If you don't know already (and are arriving at the beginning of the week) Monday's a national holiday. Sant'Ambrogio's only local.

No, oops, just checked a calendar: Sant'Ambrogio is Saturday, the Immaculate Conception is Sunday. So no weekday holiday at all.
