Tom, my suggestion would be to migrate to Windows NT. YOu might wait for Windows 2000 - the next version of NT - which is supposed to facilitate multi-monitors better than NT4.0.

I moved to NT a year ago or so - much better with regard to crashes and multi-tasking.
