There is alot of pent-up energy in this market, waiting for lower oil and/or the Fed to signal they've ceased raising. There is a chance we will get both lower oil and the Fed's signal; by the June FOMC, in which case I wouldn't rule out a bump up in June, and I may bet on it, strictly short-term. I think it may be short-lived, but a bump nonetheless.

This may prove to be the last time for awhile that investors will be able to get good prices for their holdings...time to make a shortlist.
