It isn't that they should, it is that they have to. You have to get 1000 non engineering, non geological people to give you money when 1000 other companies are beating the drum. It is a publicity advertising game. And you have to convince them to buy stock at crucial times. You don't automatically assume that a drill hole or two and the dry announcement of its value will do this. I would like it to work that way, but it doesn't. Buy on mystery, sell on hysteria.
