you couldn't be more wrong..... diplomacy without the backing of a very strong military is worth absolutely zero. why do you think North Korea has backed off in their Nuke weapon threat posture, maybe China wispering in their ear, diplomats bearing promises of hordes of AK47s crossing their borders....or at least the thought of....
