Cala to Move Headquarters to San Francisco

OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 13, 2000--Joseph Cala,
Chairman and CEO of Cala Corporation (OTCBB:CCAA), has just announced
that he will move Cala Corporation's headquarters from Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma, to the San Francisco Financial District in California.
The move will provide for a closer proximity with Cala
Corporation's daily operations and the following principals and
offices.

The date for the move of the headquarters from Oklahoma City to
