Yes, they will. However, since the entire world will be watching, it would behoove the lawyers on both sides of the issue to be as careful as possible....Some people forget, and some never knew, that there is much at stake here. And MANY MANY employee jobs in companies throughout the country. It will be hard enough to figure out what "the rules were to be in the first place", and then what "rules, and laws were broken"....an then find out how (or if) that applies to other companies........and therefore other jobs....

This isn't a time for partisan flame throwing.

And BTW, I personally wish we could find out the resume's/job history of both Skilling and Fastow....what was their experience before Enron, what companies were they with, and how did they come to power at Enron.
