Hi Paul!

Thanks for getting on here!

Fun to do these father/kid trips. I don’t mind him missing a day of school since he’s flourishing there anyway and I like creating memories for/with my kids, figuring they’ll remember them a lot longer than whatever present they’d have gotten.

You are so on track, in my personal view, Paul.

I commend you. Seriously. Stay on target.

Hope y’all are doing well and that the market is good to me (and you) – cuz we’re taking on a heftier mortgage, but I’ve been rounding up a bunch for 3 years to pay down the principal, so the increase doesn’t feel anywhere near as brutal as it could have.

You're OK, Dude. You have your plan. Most don't. Stay on target. You'll be fine.

Family.

Memories.

Fun to do these father/kid trips

Go hug your 12 year old. Right now. Tell him you love him. He'll think you're nuts, but tell him it's a "Dad thing." Life's dividends. Will take 15 seconds.

Same with your daughter and your oldest son when you talk to them next.

In fact, now that I'm writing this to you, I think I'll call my own boys right now and tell them I love them.

Thanks for the good family trip report.
