Onions and tomatoes, cheese are powerful aliens of all that fat. Cheese has Conjugated Linolenic Acid, (CLA) which helps health and is pro-biotic. Quercetin from the raw onions, and lycopene from the tomato combat cholesterol and BP. And hey! Lard is far better for you than crisco if you have to deep fry. No trans fats!

Potatoes are high in vitamin C! If the buns are from midwestern wheat they are high in selenium! Combatting strokes and ischemia. And the meat could be grass fed and high in CLA! Meat has carnitine, protein, and many essential aminos.

Turmeric on the burger would be good. If you must eat meat, then eating fat is a good thing. It is a matter of how much you eat, and what else is in the diet. According to Stefansson the arctic explorer from Canaada, the all-meat diet was very tolerable and he remained on it, fat and mean until he did. Pemmiscan is 40% fat. (plus berries etc) The key is a meat diet needs the fats for proper nourishment.

All is not lost.

Having said that, eating less is gut fer u.

As soon as you eat the 4 way bypass you should eat 10 oz of carrots and 8 ounces of celery and two cloves of garlic with cayenne tea. Fat is gone.
