Sedona, Does it tell you anywhere on these filings, who the filing party is? Or who the contact person is? Is there an attorney named? It would be nice to know who composed these "agreements". In both the ADGI and ADVR filings there are similar payments to "women" for making introductions. There are many similarities in all of these companies, not the least of which is they have all three decided to get the hell out of Dodge (FL). Think those FL state lawmen were breathing down their necks? From what I have read on here it seems that everyone assumes that Thornwaite and Walther and a few others are "clean". Maybe that shouldn't be assumed. Remember Thornwaites DNA analyzer? Both SEXI and ADGI supposedly were given "rights" to distribute it. I have yet to see where the thing is manufactured. Does it exist? Is there any hard evidence that SEXI ever had a contract with anyone? Not someones word that they did. Printed evidence? Dr. Jay Sanders is no longer associated with Medical College of GA. Was ICMX a legitimate company prior to SEXI buying it? Many of these companies, just buy shell companies from one another and attribute great things to them that were never even true. ADGI announced contracts from companies who owned a lot of their stock. How hard it that to figure out? Apparently this list has some bogus addresses, more than likely some of the names are too. If the SEC is truly through with their investigation, it appears to have been a very limited one at best.
