Isnt it just that the 350 runs at 3.5x a 100 MHz FSB? The 366/380 have less desirable FSB/multiplier settings (5.5x66, 4x95).

- Running the FSB at 100 gives better performance than 66, which means the 366 is a low-demand chip
- There are probably few chips that fail at 4x100 and yet run OK at 4x95 so the 380 is probably only produced in small volumes.

Bottom line is that pricing pressure is on the 350 because that constitutes the majority of all AMD's sub-400 chips.

Also, I am not sure why the general assumption is that the inventory is mostly sub-400. Seems to me that AMD have been pricing aggressively to unload the 350 but not so much the 400 and over. And they say that they produce as many 400+ as they do under 400.
