I hope America's enemies are not so adept at using the net.... With our open society, we've given "our enemies" just about every chance on that score, and I think the predominance of the USA in the world in the face of this demonstrates very well the uselessness of "security by obscurity" and similar control freak techniques compared to the benefits of empowering our citizens to succeed as individuals. It's why most people would rather come here, get a green card, work and make a better life for themselves and their children than drop bombs on us. Unfortunately, you can't eliminate the odd Tim McVeigh or bin Laden no matter what kind of government you have. The world population is just too large.
