Iso, certain parties have no interest in letting this issue die anytime soon. We will probably hear lots more. Doubtful it will be a positive influence on the markets. The more the merrier as far as I'm concerned. Another issue simmering on the burner is all this pro forma and related stuff. Tend to think cos will have to adopt more conservative and stricter accounting measures going forward. The option will be an increase in liability to lawsuits, and at the exec level. Again a negative going forward, for certain sectors. This year could be interesting, to put it mildly. Sometimes I think it would be fun to be a reporter. Disclosure: Short EBAY. Have high hopes, but yet to add more.
