Investigations take time. You don't know if there is an investigation yet you are attempting to blame Bush because the guy isn't in jail. Is it your position that statutes of limitations have blocked the Obama Justice Department from prosecuting Raines? You are demonstrating how little faith you have in the Justice Department of either President Bush or President Obama with your remarks. You should ask an attorney and maybe you will get an education in such matters. However, since you appear to down both administrations in your argument but only mention one, a psychiatrist might be more appropriate.
