There ya go again Kenneth. I never said Raines committed any crimes. It was you who blamed Bush's Justice Department for why he wasn't in jail. Seems to me, you argued he was guilty but for lack of prosecution.

I merely proffered the understanding that we don't know if there is an investigation, if the Bush Justice Department or the Obama Justice Department or both worked on it; and if nobody has.

I never presented the stigma or guilt. That was you!
