Numismatic Silver Dollars Are Still A Bargain Morgan and Peace dollars in PCGS mint states haven't yet risen in price and are still at about 20% of their 1989 highs. These take a little longer to respond to higher silver prices, but if this silver bull continues for any length of time, respond they will. Generic Morgan Silver Dollars PCGS ...... $US$ Grade ......
