Kinda figured that's what happened, John. Will be interested in your comments and general feedback. BTW, with NT you have to press ALT and Print Scrn. But message appears stating that I have insufficient memory to process bit-map and that I should close some programs. Can't understand that as NO other programs are operating and I have 128 megs of ram. Maybe they're talking about resources but still should be no problem. Any ideas? Anyone? Thanks, Bill
