Is anyone expressing your concerns on Integrion strategy to Checkfree management ??
Not that I am aware of.
I am pretty sure those warrants is a sore in the Pete's eye too. He just doesn't want to rock the boat. I don't think there's much to be afraid of.
First of, they will be perfectly understood. No job no money. What is fair is fair. We are talking about 100s of mln dollars for a small company.
Second of, CF is not a poor kid begging for attention and contracts any more. CF's position is very different today from what it was even a couple of weeks ago. Oracle deal was a huge boost. They've got enough attention and recognition to be treated as an equal among equals.

I think they should move fast out of those warrants if there's a legal way to. Price may start moving up fast at any time. If CF doesn't raise this question now and price goes up, Integrion will have all the rights to exercise warrants, starting with the first 3 mln.
Just MHO.
