On December 28th 2001, the Bank for International Settlement (B.I.S- headquartered in Basle, Switzerland), the Bank of France, the J.P Morgan Bank and the Barbier Frinault audit firm (Arthur Andersen) have been sued before the "Tribunal de Commerce" of Paris.
